Jam recipe

As per Amy's request here is the jam recipe.  It is so easy, a cave man (or cave woman) can do it! The recipe is on the back of the Ball Instant Fruit Pectin package.

4 c. fruit
1 1/2 c. sugar or Splenda
1 package instant pectin
*cut up and/or crush fruit.  Add sugar and pectin.  Stir.  Fill clean jars.  Let sit 30 minutes.  Put in freezer.  YUM!

I would suggest making some bread or rolls or biscuits to go along with it:)

How easy is that?  I like the quilted jars.  They just add a little pretty to the process.  I got them at Wal Mart in a 12 pack for $9.88. Enjoy!
